How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order to a Canadian address.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1-3 business days. Most arrive 7-15 business days after shipping. You'll get a tracking number by email.

Why might my order come in more than one package?

Different items can ship from different warehouses. You won't be charged extra.

Will I pay customs or duties?

No. Canadian sales taxes are shown at checkout, and you won't be charged customs fees on delivery.

Can I return something?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery if it's unused and in its original packaging. Email us first and we'll send instructions. See our Refund Policy.

My item arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?

Email northportanatolia@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped.
