Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in Canada.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Canadian holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Delivery time

Our products ship from partner warehouses. Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days after shipping. The estimated delivery time for each product is shown on its product page and at checkout.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email once it ships. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show updates.

Multiple packages

If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages on different days. You won't be charged extra.

Duties and taxes

Applicable Canadian sales taxes (GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout. You won't be charged customs fees on delivery.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived 20 business days after shipping, email northportanatolia@gmail.com and we'll reship or refund it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but we'll do our best to help.
