Refund policy
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at northportanatolia@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.
Change-of-mind returns
Contact us at northportanatolia@gmail.com before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer and are not refundable. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't shipped. Email us as soon as possible.
Exceptions
Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
